I help my clients to find their voice and learn their worth and not continue to let the challenges of the world knock them down.
After spending 3 years working at a residential treatment facility specializing in addiction and mental health I transitioned to private practice where I continued that focus. I work with all types of addiction but specifically alcohol, drugs, food and relationships. My background in addiction and trauma equips me to help people find their healing.
I am also trained in EMDR and work with clients that struggle with traumatic events. Whether you have experienced rape, abuse, death, or any other life changing event EMDR can help. No longer do you have to be controlled by that pain, but can find recovery!
