As your therapist, I offer you a safe environment to tell your truth, and explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. If you’ve experienced physical/sexual trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, complicated trauma, and/or anger issues, let’s talk! I have worked with children, adolescents and adults. I am a graduate of John Brown University in Siloam Springs, AR with dual licensure.
If talk therapy has not been beneficial for you, or details are uncomfortable, consider EMDR therapy. Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing therapy is a treatment that helps reduce anxiety, depression, and PTSD. EMDR is a researched therapy that can give you your life back. I am certified in EMDR.
I am also IFS informed (working with "parts'), and continuing to learn this therapy. It has made a large difference for many people!
