Beginning therapy is a courageous and intentional decision, and I view it as privilege to walk alongside people as we explore the depth of the human experience – the pain, the uncertainty, the joy. My hope is to provide a warm and non-judgmental space where we can explore and uncover parts of your history, experiences, patterns, and how they impact you now. Together we we can approach the things that burden you with compassion and curiosity to connect to your values and move towards a more meaningful life.
I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, and questions around identity and meaning. As the daughter of immigrants, I feel especially connected to working with individuals from BIPOC and marginalized communities.
My approach integrates depth-oriented, relational approaches with evidence-based practices including ACT, mindfulness, and CBT. I view therapy as a space to explore patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck - processing emotions, building practical tools, and opening to new perspectives - all while moving toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
