I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Some of my clinical experience includes: trauma work and healing (with EMDR as an option), addiction recovery support, depression and/or anxiety combining mind and body work in treatment, working with teens and children on emotional regulation while building skills that will develop intrinsic self worth, and examining thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in interpersonal relations.
For many, if not most, life throws in challenges that we either are not ready for, or that we need help getting through. Sometimes it's a child, sometimes ourself, whomever it is, there is hope and support. I consider it a privilege to pass along what I have learned in order to foster that support with change and growth.
