Women's Power Hour
Women's Power Hour is a space to reconnect with yourself and others who get it. This ongoing group provides a supportive environment where women can process life's challenges, celebrate successes, gain perspective, and receive encouragement from other women who understand. There is no curriculum to complete and no pressure to have everything figured out. Each session is guided by the needs of the group, creating space for authentic conversation, support, insight, and connection. Because sometimes the most healing thing isn't another strategy. It's knowing you're not carrying it alone.
