At Connections counseling and Neurofeedback, my therapeutic approach combines neuroscience, Trauma-Informed Care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to provide tailored support for your needs. I address the whole person and connection between mind and body, helping you understand how the brain affects physical and emotional health. Experienced in trauma and PTSD, I'm trained in advanced techniques of ILF, Synchrony, and Alpha Theta Neurofeedback(NF). I believe many effective treatments have been underutilized in the medical field. I'm committed to offering these therapies to address mental health challenges and work toward wellness.

I work with individuals, couples, and families on OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and PTSD. With extensive experience in neuroscience-based practices, I focus on supporting clients through complex mental health challenge. I have worked with combat veterans, clients with traumatic brain injuries and many individuals with neurodivergent conditions.

In our sessions, you'll find a warm atmosphere that encourages open conversation. I strive to create a calm and supportive environment where you feel comfortable. My casual style includes humor to ease any initial discomfort. I also work with Simon, my professionally trained service dog, who provides comfort and may nap in the corner during our sessions.
