My therapeutic approach combines neuroscience, Trauma-Informed Care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to provide tailored support for your needs. Experienced in trauma and PTSD, I am trained in advanced techniques like ILF, Synchrony, and Alpha Theta Neurofeedback(NF). I'm committed to offering these therapies to help you address mental health challenges and work toward wellness.

I work with individuals, couples, and families on OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and PTSD. With extensive experience in neuroscience-based practices, I focus on supporting clients through complex mental health challenge. I have worked with combat veterans, clients with traumatic brain injuries and many individuals with neurodivergent conditions.

In our sessions, you'll find a warm atmosphere that encourages open conversation. I strive to create a calm and supportive environment where you feel comfortable. My casual style includes humor to ease any initial discomfort. I also work with Simon, my professionally trained service dog, who provides comfort and may nap in the corner during our sessions.
