Alongside trauma-informed work, I support clients dealing with anxiety, stress, and the struggles of everyday life—overthinking, burnout, relationship tension, and feeling disconnected from yourself. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy; we work together to help things feel more manageable and grounded.
