Couples or Family Intensive Sessions
When it feels like your whole life is on fire, one hour of therapy per week may not cut it. I offer couples and families who are struggling with a relationship crisis the opportunity to schedule multi-hour sessions to help ease their immediate burden and pain, so that they can move forward with healing the hurt. This model is also ideal for people who travel often or have loved ones who will only be in town for a short amount of time.

Postpartum Support
BABIES WELCOME! Meet weekly during the 4th Trimester for support and connection from other women and a therapist whose been there. We know families come in a variety of forms so, this group is for everyone birth/adoptive/foster parents or caregivers. This season of change while so exciting and wonderful can also be lonely and scary. Lets walk this together in a judgement free community of women supporting women. Fed is best so all forms of feeding are welcome too.
