In relationships, do you constantly second guess yourself, feel unworthy or suffer from old hurts and wounds? Do you feel stuck and can't find your way out of unhealthy patterns? Individual therapy can be helpful to obtain awareness of the root cause of these issues such as an abusive relationship, challenging childhood or other traumas which we can then strategize the best way to build your skills for healthy behaviors and decision making so you can obtain the optimal life you want. I also offer couples therapy based on Gottman methods. I believe in Gottman couples counseling based on their 40+ years of research.
My passion is to help clients with relationship issues and/or trauma. I do extensive continuing education and research to have many methods in my tool box to help clients in their journey. This can range from skill building to more intense trauma therapy such as EMDR for individuals and research based methods to treat couples.
