I also support women navigating the unique challenges of single motherhood, step-parenting, foster care, adoption, and blended families. As a therapist specializing in maternal mental health and currently pursuing my PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Certification), I help women navigate anxiety, depression, fertility challenges, motherhood, relationships, and family transitions while developing practical coping skills and greater confidence in themselves and their parenting.
