Clients that struggle with disordered eating will find benefit and true empathy and understanding during our work together; many clients present with binge eating disorder, bulimia, anorexia, or other unhealthy coping patterns with food. Helping clients with coping mechanisms/anxiety allows them to experience their day to day with a more hopeful outlook.
To use my training, experience and passion to help clients pursue a healthy, confident and empowered outlook for their lives is my life's work and passion. To provide a therapy setting and be trusted with information that can be uncomfortable to discuss is a privilege and an honor that I will never stop earning with my clients through our journey.
