I help individuals as they work on managing chronic mental health concerns. I use a Humanistic approach that helps people explore and embrace their true self.
I use an emotion focused, person centered, insight oriented approach, based on psychodynamic theories. I also believe that core self beliefs can lie deep below, usually based in life experiences, and together we can work towards unwinding them. I look forward to learning what works best for you.
