I see my role as being one who walks alongside you to help you navigate the twists and turns on the path of life. While working together I will be right here holding a lantern whenever we get to something that needs a little warm light shone on it. From a clinical perspective, my approach combines cognitive-behavioral, existential, solution-focused, and person-centered treatment modalities, all of which is to say, I treat the "whole person.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), and have had experience working in many clinical and non-clinical settings throughout my career. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, and navigating life changes, among others.
