What do you want to change? At the shorter end of things, it's possible to make positive changes in a handful of sessions. This is often the case for issues related to specific events. For more serious and/or chronic problems, longer-term work is appropriate, especially when a sufficiently safe therapeutic relationship takes more time to build.
My areas of focus and expertise include: Coping with depression and/or anxiety; addressing trauma; navigating transitions; identity development; developing shame resilience; having healthier boundaries with others; drug and alcohol misuse; nontraditional and/or queer relationships. I see couples & individuals, including teens and children over the age of 10.
