I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Gerontologist. I have a passion for the benefits of therapy and utilize strengths-based, client-focused, goal-directed, and mindfulness approaches to therapy. All are collaborative and work with each client as an individual, to determine what style and approach is the best fit.
I am comfortable with CBT, ACT, Trauma-focused therapy, and several other methods of practice. I have extensive experience working with aging issues, life transitions, grief, stress, depression/anxiety and trauma, but I work with clients 18 years and older who are dealing with many different issues, and look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
