Hi, I'm Kelly Steiner, LMFT 37215, and have been working as a therapist for over 25 years. I provide a safe space to help you in working through some of the things that may be holding you back from finding joy, moving forward, or finding healthy connections. I have worked with all types of clients of all ages with varied reasons they are seeking out treatment. A comforting, safe, non-judgmental place where they feel valued. I recognize how difficult it can be to ask for help from a stranger, so I want to project a warm atmosphere where the session is all about them.
My approach is to be transparent and work with you in helping you to decide which type of approach would best fit you. Do you want someone to listen and help guide you to answers, to provide a more direct approach, to help work with you and your past trauma. I am here to be with you and provide a place to help you grow and meet the goals you have.
I have known from an early age I wanted to be a therapist. Therapy has helped me in my journey through life at various times and I am a firm believer everyone can benefit from therapy if the match is right.
