I see children ages 3 and up, as well as families. I have a passion for helping individuals of all ages who are dealing with anxiety, depression, infertility, grief, stress, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. I use my teaching background in public education when working with children, adolescents, and their families. In addition, I offer play therapy, family therapy, and ADHD testing.
Past experiences alter the way we think and respond to stressors and challenges. Change is a process that involves replacing unhelpful beliefs with more helpful ways of thinking. For younger clients, who don't possess the cognitive development to benefit from traditional talk therapy, I rely on therapeutic play to help them process and heal.
I provide a safe and non-judgmental space as I come alongside my clients on their journey toward healing, wholeness, freedom, and change. I take a collaborative approach with my clients and implement cognitive behavioral therapy to help my clients achieve their goals.
