I have experience supporting people with complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, neurodivergence, and overwhelming life challenges from my work as a crisis counselor. This experience shaped my counseling style: listening with compassion, responding with steadiness, and holding space for people from all walks of life. I am also fully trained in EMDR therapy and have additional training in perinatal mental health.

I offer a space where your story is safe, your emotions are valid, and you can reconnect with the parts of yourself that are ready to heal. I integrate EMDR with trauma-informed, person-centered, and feminist approaches in therapy to work collaboratively alongside you on healing journey.
