As a Certified Gestalt Therapist, I use an approach that focuses on the here and now and I'd like to help you to gain insight into how certain patterns from the past keep interrupting your ability to be present and participate fully in your life. I want to help you find your own strengths to overcome the obstacles in your life. I believe that making the decision to seek therapy is one of the most courageous and empowering decisions that you can make for yourself.

I specialize in working with persons suffering from mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorders, adjustment disorders), anxiety disorders, ADHD, as well as couples counseling. We will work on increasing awareness of what is happening at the present moment and I find that it makes for an emotionally powerful and transformative therapeutic experience.
