Hi! I'm Kelly. I find meaning in helping people feel seen, heard, and valued. If you are looking for someone to listen to you, validate you, and encourage positive change, then I could be a good fit. My main approach is the use of mindfulness practices. If there's a problem, let's try to observe what's going on there, without judgement. We can try to solve it, feel better about it, tolerate it, and ideally not make it worse. I also keep in mind how your past is in the present , and we can explore how that shows up in current mental health symptoms.
