By combining a mind-body approach with a deep exploration of past and present, we can work together to uncover patterns, build resilience, and develop the tools needed for growth and well-being. I enjoy working with clients who are experiencing life transitions, ready to explore and heal previous traumas, creatives, perfectionists, and/or folks navigating relationship challenges.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, psychodynamic, relational, and values curiosity and compassion. I also use EMDR to process and release trauma stored in the mind and body. I am conscious of the ways our intersectional identities shape our experiences in the world, and offer a LGBTQIA+-affirmative and culturally-sensitive lens.
I believe we all have the innate ability to heal - I am honored to join you on your path. I offer in-person sessions in Santa Monica and telehealth sessions for anyone in the state of California.
