My approach is supportive, collaborative, and customized to each client's unique needs. I am experienced in treating substance use, trauma, depression, anxiety, life adjustments, school and work-related stressors, and relationship and family challenges. I also specialize in working with individuals navigating life with ADHD, helping them develop strategies to manage daily challenges in ways that feel achievable and not overwhelming.
As someone with lived experience of ADHD and my own journey of mental health ups and downs, I bring both clinical expertise and real-world understanding to my work. I know how powerful it can be to feel seen and understood, and I aim to create that space for clients. I genuinely care about helping you feel less alone in it all.
