I work with teens (14+) and adults navigating ADHD, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, depression, substance use, life transitions, academic and vocational stress, and relationship concerns. Many of my clients are capable, thoughtful people who struggle with focus, follow-through, emotional regulation, or self-confidence, even though they know what they "should" be doing. Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and focused on practical tools that meet you where you are and create real change.
As someone with lived experience of ADHD and my own journey of mental health ups and downs, I bring both clinical expertise and real-world understanding to my work. I know how powerful it can be to feel seen and understood, and I aim to create that space for clients. I genuinely care about helping you feel less alone in it all.
