About
Hello, and congratulations on taking the first steps toward healing. I am a licensed counselor in the state of Arizona and a nationally certified counselor with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. It is my goal to help people move from surviving to thriving. It is my belief that every person on this planet faces hardships and emotional challenges, and each one of us deserves to receive the unconditional support that we need to become the best version of ourselves. No one should ever feel alone and hopeless in their struggles, and my hope is to provide others with the help and support that we all need at times.
My specialty areas of focus include trauma work, attachment concerns, addiction, depression, and anxiety. My goal is always to take an individualized approach to best meet the specific needs of those whom I work with. I have experience utilizing CBT, DBT, Gestalt techniques, and a psychodynamic conceptualization with an emphasis on trauma informed care.
I am a big advocate of helping those I serve to move beyond healing from mental distress, to find a sense of fulfillment and passion in their lives.
