Have you or a family member been feeling overwhelmed? Anxious or depressed? If so, I am here to support you. I have worked in a variety of settings, including; middle and high schools, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, and mental health hospitals. I have an extensive history of working with adolescents and various diagnoses.I am thoroughly trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I use my creativity and enthusiasm for the field to provide fun and informative psycho-education groups.
We have a team approach at Grow Through Life Counseling and because we are a group, we can treat multiple family members and siblings with therapists on our team! Kelly's background in professional communication has enabled her to effectively advocate for the needs of her clients. She is accepting new patients.
Kelly joined Grow Through Life Counseling in 2021 to support families in our community. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Now offering Telehealth as well as in-person in Murrieta.
