I’m a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults—particularly men—and families facing stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I offer a practical, straightforward approach in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Telehealth is available throughout Colorado and Oklahoma, with in-person sessions in Colorado Springs.
I take a practical, client-centered approach grounded in evidence-based therapy. I focus on understanding what’s getting in the way, building realistic coping skills, and helping clients make meaningful changes they can sustain over time in a supportive, nonjudgmental setting.
