My approach to therapy is collaborative, and rooted in meeting you where you are. I draw on my experience in crisis care, brief therapy, and long term multi-year care to tailor our work together. Whether you are new to therapy or returning, I strive to be a partner to you in this process, and empower you to take an active role in your life!
I offer a free 15 minute intro call to all prospective clients. During this call, you can expect a confidential, nonjudgmental environment where we will get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy.
