I specialize in helping high-achieving professionals and caregivers who give so much to others learn how to reconnect with themselves, set healthy boundaries, and find fulfillment without burning out.
I help adults and couples move through anxiety, trauma, and life changes with a somatic, trauma-informed approach. Using Deep Brain Reorienting, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practices from my yoga training, I guide clients toward feeling calmer, more connected, and resilient.
