Studies show therapy is effective, even long after it ends. I have 15 years experience and received specialized training in several evidence based therapies such as Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, IFS and ACT. Due to the complexities of couples therapy I do 75 minute sessions vs the typical 60 minutes sessions and 1 day intensives as well.
