Studies show talk therapy is effective, even long after the therapy ends. I have close to 15 years experience and have received specialized training in several evidence based therapies such as Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, IFS and ACT. Due to the complexities of couples therapy I do 75 minute sessions vs the typical 60 minutes sessions.
