I implement an eclectic approach to therapy drawing primarily from Existential, Solution Focused, Person Centered and Strengths Based frameworks. I am passionate about supporting my clients in finding solutions to their problems using their personal strengths and abilities.
I have a passion for working with BIPOC clients, specifically Black women and teens. I am most passionate about being an advocate for destigmatizing mental health for Black women.
