If you’re going through a major loss, experiencing anxiety/depression or noticing patterns in your relationships, I am here to witness your insights and strengthen your connection to self.
I work with individual adults and couples and am trained in trauma treatment and have taken advanced training in grief counseling. My primary goal is to meet you where you are, offer a space to explore your experiences and to provide tools to help alleviate your symptoms.
