Groups
Girls Empowerment Group
VOICES is an Empowerment Group for Girls (ages 14-18) using evidenced based research and topics identified by Stephanie Covington to assist girls in identifying their strengths, expressing their feelings, strengthening relationships, self-care; coping with stress, relationships, feelings; staying calm, all while gaining the support of the other girls in the group and myself. Appropriate referrals are girls who need some help with boosting their self-esteem, decreasing depression and anxiety, increased relationship skills, and increased coping mechanisms.
