Today’s world can be full of challenges, especially for children and teens. My goal is to create a safe and empowering environment where they, along with their families, feel supported, understood, and encouraged as they navigate life’s ups and downs. I focus on helping children and teens build resilience, uncover their strengths, and develop healthy coping skills. In addition to working with young people, I also support adults in fostering growth and confidence. Together, we can create meaningful change, empowering individuals and families to overcome challenges and build stronger, more connected relationships.

While in training for play therapy, I use play-based techniques to help children express themselves and overcome challenges. For teens and adults, I integrate goal-oriented approaches like CBT to build resilience, encourage growth, and unlock their potential.
