I have built my practice around compassionately normalizing human struggle and helping people create lives they want using their commitment to change along with their values and strengths.
All therapists should know about working with trauma, anxiety, depression etc. and the various ways they express in our lives. It is really about the connection a therapist and client can form and then use to get the work done. I specialize in meeting clients where they are and supporting them to create the function they want. My clients get better.
My practice considers the brain/body connection, attachment, & life narrative as I support people to find their way. I use mindfulness, talk therapy & accelerated resolution therapy (ART) & compassionate accountability in helping people create amazing change. In person or online, I'd be privileged to help you too.
