I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with young people and their families. I specialize in treating teenagers and adults who struggle with anxiety. My areas of focus include anxiety, adjustment issues, depression, self esteem, loss, relational and parenting concerns, behavioral issues, stress management and school challenges.
I use a variety of treatment techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, as well as Person Centered Therapy. I believe that by creating greater self awareness people can develop better relationships and overall functioning. My goal is to work collaboratively with my clients to acheive healthier and more fulfilling lives.
