The type of clients who seek my support are both individuals and couples who are deeply committed to their own relationship with themselves. It is this primary relationship to Self that informs how we relate to others. I work with folks who are curious or already invested in living in alignment with their chosen values. I practice through a lens of deep compassion, curiosity, warmth, and radical reverence for grief-work and the reciprocal relationship between Grief and Gratitude. I support my clients through challenges that can ultimately lead to more insight, wisdom, self-love, compassion and a sense of security and well-being.
The most fundamental relationship in our lives is the relationship we have with ourselves: what are our truths & inner-most values? Are these truths & values in alignment with our vision of our most exalted selves? My clients are folks who are willing to take a deep-dive into the rich & dynamic inner-world of their hearts to live in more agreement with Self.
My practice is deeply rooted in Narrative Therapy, radical curiosity and deep reverence for others' lives and the decisions each individual has made up to the point of our initial meeting. It is my work to support my clients' visions of their best selves through compassion, honesty, collaboration, self-inquiry, self-love, and self-forgiveness.
