My approach to therapy is relational, which means I believe the trust and connection between therapist and client is paramount to the healing process. I see you as the expert of your life and my role is support and guide you with compassion and curiosity. Together we can explore what's working, what's not, and how you can move forward.
I'm especially passionate about supporting women and LGBTQ+ folks as you navigate the complexities that come with living in today's world that doesn't always make space for us.
