You have an incredibly difficult time saying no to friends, coworkers and family. You feel constant pressure to "get things right" and can immediately go to the worst case scenario when something is off. You have a constant critic in your head that won't stop. You can't remember what you did this morning because your mind goes a mile a minute. It's like you can't catch a break. It doesn't have to be this way; I can help. I love working with busy, exhausted queer and cis, het women and teens to help you give your mind a break; to finally find relief from your inner critic, decrease your worry and stress.
You want to feel confident in yourself; giving yourself the compassion and grace that you give to others. You want to say yes to what's important to you and your values and say no sometimes. You want to trust your decisions. Imagine if I come alongside you to just take a minute and breath; processing what is going on and how you would like to go forward.
I take a holistic approach by utilizing meditation and mindfulness practices, and collaborating with you to help you meet your goals. As a queer therapist, I love working with queer women and teens. I have in person and telehealth sessions available in Richmond Heights. Check out my website to book a free consult cozycornercounseling.com
