Welcome! I’m Kelly, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping others navigate many of life’s challenges. After the premature birth of my daughter, I had a very difficult time finding support. As a result, I am especially dedicated to helping adults navigate infertility, pregnancy, and early parenthood. Leading with curiosity, compassion, and many metaphors (haha), my goal is to provide a safe space where you can express yourself freely and help you live life with confidence. My areas of focus are anxiety and depression, in particular during the perinatal period (before and after a pregnancy or delivery).
I also have experience working with individuals who have experiences a difficult or traumatic reproductive period, either through infertility or birth trauma. I am also well-suited to help others manage symptoms including excessive worrying, negative self-talk, and pre-occupation with a traumatic experience.
First, I'll ask you to describe what makes you feel stuck and what you would like to accomplish in our work together, then focus on techniques that will help you to feel more confident in your abilities, lessen or eliminate negative thoughts, feel more relaxed, manage your reproductive trauma and help to navigate your past to move confidently into parenting.
