Paramount to successful therapy is a readiness and commitment to change. I provide a safe environment for individuals to feel heard and seen in sharing about their life and circumstances. My therapy style is a combination of a Mindfulness-based approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (examining the interaction between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors). I have over a decade of experience treating people with a wide variety of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment issues, and trauma.
By working in collaboration with each individual, I utilize the above strategies to reconnect individuals with their values to bring a better sense of meaning and purpose in their lives. Despite difficult events or stressors which have occurred or are ongoing, it is our ability to choose how to respond to our situations which impacts our well-being.
I am a therapist at Octave, a behavioral health practice creating a new standard for mental health care that’s both high-quality and accessible. To learn more about my availability, please reach out to our Client Experience team by emailing or calling.
