Therapy can be hard work, but the benefits can last a lifetime.
I was called to do this work from a young age, and the last twenty years as a psychotherapist have been the most wonderful and exciting journey. I have learned many techniques such as CBT, sandtray, play therapy, relaxation and so on, but the best lesson has been that each person has a purpose and strength uniquely their own. They need help find it again.
