In life we can experience many ups and downs that present challenges and hardships. Our stories are constantly being influenced by many different factors. I believe that healing and growth can come from healthy and safe relationships. In counseling I seek to provide a space where you can process your pasts, learn to live in the present, and moving closer to the future you desire. As a counselor I seek to walk alongside my client in their journey towards acceptance, understanding, and change in a safe and encouraging environment.
As a therapist I primarily work with women and teens who are struggling with and walking through anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, relational conflict, trauma, depression, over control, and low self esteem. I have training in DBT, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and RO DBT.
