Maybe you’ve been through something that changed you — a loss, a betrayal, a childhood that never felt safe — and no matter how hard you try, it’s hard to move forward. As an EMDR practitioner and one of only two certified TIST therapists in Tennessee, I specialize in helping people untangle the effects of trauma so they can begin to feel more whole, grounded, and connected to who they truly are — even if they’ve never had the chance to feel that way before. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in both science and compassion. Trauma isn’t just about what happened — it’s about what’s still happening inside you.
In addition to specializing in trauma, I enjoy assisting those who struggle to find hope, peace, and connection due to OCD, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, divorce, parenting challenges, substance use, bipolar disorder, chronic loneliness, insomnia, and neurodivergence.
