Hi! Going to therapy can be an intimidating process, and my goal is to create an authentic and accepting environment to help you feel seen, understood, and give you the confidence to try things differently. Vulnerability can be one of the scariest, most liberating and empowering acts, and takes courage – so I commend you for being here, wherever you are in your process.
I specialize in working with teenagers and adults who have eating disorders, ADHD (and other neurodivergences), and anxiety. The interventions I provide are rooted in both science and empathy. I’ll help you create awareness of patterns that may be keeping you stuck and identify alternative ways of thinking and being to facilitate growth and understanding.
With a social justice and feminist lens, I offer safety for any and all identities to share your experience and find allyship and healing. Therapy can be prohibitively expensive, therefore I have a few sliding scale spots available for those who cannot afford the full fee.
