Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, or struggling in relationships or in a life transition? Seeking therapy is a courageous first step towards creating change in one’s life. With over 30 years of experience, my life’s work has been focused on helping individuals of all ages, and families, build resilience, increase self awareness of behavior and thinking patterns, while strengthening connection. Therapy can lead to a significant reduction in feelings of distress, improve coping skills as well as help you learn to live in the present.
My primary goal is to make you feel heard, seen, understood and that you not feel alone in your struggles. Individual treatment may be relational or process work. In relationship work, I will assist you in improving your understanding of your communication patterns and work to enhance connection with your partner. I also integrate Mindful Self Compassion.
I will work hard to create a safe space for you to ask important questions and engage in nonjudgmental conversations that facilitate new insight. I am dedicated to providing compassionate individualized care for you and your relationship. I encourage you to take the first step and call and schedule an initial meeting. I look forward to hearing from you.
