Kelly Moylan's Groups
Better Boundaries, Better Relationships
Many people overextend themselves for others in an effort make relationships work. These well-intentioned efforts can become compulsive, leading to a state of codependency which is confusing and painful. This psychotherapy group is focused on healing and changing codependent patterns of interaction. Learning to establish boundaries is essential to the process. Healthy boundaries can improve the quality and functioning of relationships. The group will be especially helpful for people in relationships with addicts and people raised in families affected by addiction, where codependency is common.
