My ideal client is an adult who looks capable on the outside but feels anxious, braced, or full of self-doubt internally. They often feel stuck in familiar loops—overthinking, people-pleasing, guilt, a harsh inner critic, or relationship patterns that leave them feeling unseen. Many grew up emotionally unsupported, unseen, or overly responsible for other people’s feelings, and now want to understand why they react the way they do and how to feel steadier from the inside out. They’re looking for more self-trust, clearer boundaries, and a more grounded way of relating to themselves and others.
Trauma-informed, parts-focused therapy (trained in Internal Family Systems/IFS). Warm, direct, and paced to feel steady—not overwhelming. We’ll get to know protective parts (overthinker, caretaker, inner critic, shutdown) and, when helpful, use gentle body-based tools so safety is felt—not just understood.
