From day to day stressors to complex traumas, we all need a safe space to process experiences and regain control over our lives. Seeking support is often the hardest step, and I’m glad you took it. My therapeutic approach is personable, genuine, and tailored to your needs. I support clients in their self-discovery and problem-solving, recognizing it looks different for everyone. Through collaboration, we create realistic treatment plans, starting with building a strong therapeutic alliance, as research shows this relationship is key to progress in therapy.
I use a variety of modalities and techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices. My goal as a therapist is to provide a judgment-free zone to be able to explore, reflect and provide insight on different levels of issues that can lead us to therapy.
