I work with adults who may look like they are holding everything together on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in unhealthy patterns. Many clients come to therapy struggling with relationships, self-worth, trauma, identity, depression, or substance use. Together, we work to better understand these patterns, build healthier coping skills, improve relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, focused on insight and real-life tools for growth and healing.I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem, identity concerns, and substance use. I’m especially passionate about helping clients improve relationships, communication, and boundaries
