About
At some point in our lives we will experience emotional and psychological distress. Most people will try to avoid or go through their distress without seeking help. People choose to do this because they are not sure how therapy will help them. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative, co-creative process between the client and therapist. If you or your family have been experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, or just going through difficult times, please allow me to support and guide you in the healing process. Together, we can face and overcome life's stressors! Weekend and evening hours are available!
My areas of experience range from Parenting, Children/Teens, Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Grief/Loss, Anger, Guilt, Addictions, Mental Disorders, Trauma and Violence, to Abuse, Neglect and Abandonment issues, Family Problems, Pre-Marital, Marital Problems, Divorce, Remarriage, Financial, Vocational, and Self-Esteem issues.
I would love to journey with you to explore these issues and to place you on the path towards healing and wholeness.
