My formal education and professional experience have prepared me to counsel individuals, couples, families and groups. I fit my clinical approach to each clients needs and goals. I have worked with many experiential techniques and enjoy bringing them into my individual and couples sessions. I enjoy helping my clients to find and build on their strengths.
I have a particular speciality around individuals with Eating Disorders and those having Intimacy Issues. I am a safe space for kink & poly individuals. Throughout my experience I have found joy in working with woman's issues, self-injury, and self-esteem, depression, and those in a difficult life transition.
When we are willing to be vulnerable enough to explore our depths, then we invite courage and true change into our lives. At times everyone needs someone to talk too and walk with them on their healing journey. I push my clients to expand as individuals/couples but I hold them in the highest esteem.
